When a package contains HAZ-MAT material there are specific stickers that say ORMD on the outside of the box. Saturday air delivery on HAZ-MAT material is not available. UPS uses special trucks in handling HAZ-MAT material and they do not put them on the road on Saturdays. An order for "next day air" placed on a Friday would not be delivered until Monday. 1 day service charges would still be applicable even though it is the third day when the package would be delivered. MSDS sheets are available for all HAZ-MAT products that we carry Manufacturer guidelines should be followed for storage and disposal of HAZ-Mat products. Freezing will not affect the performance of monomers, etc. if they arrive in such simply allow the product to naturally return to room temperature. (i.e. - DO NOT put your monomer or primer in the microwave to thaw) If for any reason, HAZ-MAT material would arrive damaged. (i.e. a bottle of monomer was broken in the box during transit) The HAZ-MAT should be properly disposed of and the customer should contact UPS or FEDEX to file a damage claim. Many HAZ-MAT materials used professionally are not packaged in child proof containers. Keep monomers, glues, primers and removers out of the reach of all children including your client`s children. In the event of an emergency your local poison control center should be contacted immediately.
When shipping a package to an apo military address the USPS must be used and no tracking information is available, no liquids or flammables may be sent, no product insurance is provided in case of loss. It is recommended to provide an alternative address in the USA to prevent loss.

WITHIN THE UNITED STATES: Costs are based on Fed Ex standard ground service. Fed Ex does not ship to PO Boxes therefore please be advised a physical address is required.
Delivery times vary from 1 to 6 business days depending on your distance from our warehouses located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY RATES:
International rates vary based on the country of destination, weight and actual dimensions of the shipment. To receive the cost for shipping to a destination outside the United States you must first place your order so we know the weight, the size, exactly what items are being shipped, and the final delivery destination.
Please note: Most deliveries to international destinations are shipped via FedEx Priority service. Delivery times are likely to range from 2 to 5 days depending upon final destination. Shipments containing hazardous materials require FedEx Priority service.
Duties, taxes, VAT and applicable importation fees are not included in the cost of delivery. These fees vary according to the country of destination, value of shipment and class of goods and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These costs will be billed to you by the carrier upon determination.
Please note: Due to the chemical content of many items, dangerous goods and hazardous materials safety guidelines will be strictly obeyed. International orders may be subject to additional documentation and packaging fees.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
If any product is not 100% satisfactory, simply return it within six months for full credit, refund or replacement with no hassles. We guarantee it.
If an item is missing or arrives defective contact us within 5 business days. If this time lapses we are not able to investigate this shipment properly and can not resolve the claim. Please allow ten business days for your credit card refund to process upon receipt of your return.
A 15% restocking charge may be applicable on certain furniture and equipment items. This fee may be increased on items that are either damaged or used. Special orders are not returnable. Airbrush equipment, incomplete displays subject to restocking fees. Credit issued only for merchandise returned.
All returned items shipped UPS or Federal Express, call to receive a Pre Authorized Return number from customer service. For all other delivery methods, please call 1-800-221-8477 for instructions. You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged goods. If it was our error, we will reimburse you the cost of the shipping.
There are no returns or exchanges on Deal\Sale on merchandise.
All electrical appliances, drills, airbrushing equipment must be returned within 30 days from receipt for full in store credit .All merchandise must be in sealed original packaging in original condition. No returns accepted after 30 days on these items. Manufacturer warranty still applies. All sales on acrylic , gels , chemical products and cuticle nippers, earrings, toe rings and body jewelry are final. These items are not returnable due to sterilization , contamination and hygienic purposes. Books and videos are not returnable unless packaged in original shrinkwrap.
Hazardous Products policy
Flammable merchandise may not be shipped via mail. This also means that hazards may not be delivered to any APO or FPO address as priority mail is the only shipping method that is accepted at these address types.
Any air order containing flammable merchandise not only carries weight and destination charges but also requires a $35.00 per box HAZ-MAT charge.
